Ciaran Healy, owner of The Old Crown said:
It’s exciting to be a part of this project, it’s great to hear something positive happening for the hospitality industry in Birmingham. We are looking forward to welcoming everyone to the click and collect service and look forward to the weeks ahead.”
Artisan Street Kitchen is a luxury food truck from the team behind restaurants 8 and Craft, two recent revolutionary dining experiences launched in the city. Artisan was born out of lockdown, it’s Andrew’s street food take on classic French dishes. Artisan also hosts regular events in Barnt Green, Tanworth-in-Arden and Jewellery Quarter.
Due to lockdown restrictions, diners have not been able to enjoy fine dining in their favourite Michelin Star restaurant and this is the first time these Michelin Star chefs have all come together to prepare a bespoke street-food menu. Each chef will be cooking a three-course set menu available to pre-order over on the website here: artisanstreetkitchen.co.uk
