Birmingham’s Mailbox welcomes SORA Cafe

July 2021: New boutique eatery, SÖRA Café, is set to open at Mailbox in central Birmingham later this summer, offering a stylish brunch and coffee experience in the heart of the city. Dishing up a carefully curated menu of small plates, light bites and sweet treats, SÖRA Café will be open seven days a week on Level 3 at Mailbox.

SÖRA Café’s visitors can expect to enjoy tasty brunch options, salads and toasted sandwiches in a glamorous setting. The venue’s décor is sophisticated, with luxe detailing for the ultimate daytime experience. Pop in to enjoy locally sourced coffee and beautifully embellished drinks, alongside freshly baked cakes and decadent desserts.

SÖRA Café

Gemma Collins, General Manager at SÖRA Café said:

We can’t wait to open the doors to our beautiful new café. We truly believe that there is nothing else like SÖRA in the city. Whether you’re meeting a friend or toasting something significant, our gorgeous location is the ideal place to capture the moment over a delicious cake and coffee.”

David Pardoe, head of retail, marketing and occupier engagement at the Mailbox, said:

We’re proud to have announced several new leasing for the Mailbox this year, with SÖRA Café the newest addition to Level 3. It joins the recently opened Lucarelli and Medicine restaurants, both of which have enjoyed real success since opening their doors. We look forward to welcoming SÖRA Café to Mailbox this summer.”
