Cadbury World Coronation Tea

You are cordially invited to celebrate the Coronation of His Majesty The King at Cadbury World!

Via Becky for Cadbury World

From Saturday 6th to Monday 8th of May 2023, chocolate loving families are invited to mark this historic occasion with a majestic and truly British Coronation-themed tea and cake experience.

For three days only, guests will be able to enhance their Cadbury World experience by being part of a one-off Coronation Tea experience in a royally themed area of Cadbury World. As part of our Coronation celebrations, our royal guests will be served a selection of delicious cakes including the classic Victoria Sponge, mouth-watering caramel cake and a choice of not one but two delicious chocolate cakes as well as a selection of teas, hot chocolate, coffee and fruit juice, a spread fit for a king!

Coronation Tea Experience

To commemorate this historic occasion all weekend visitors, including those not participating in the Coronation tea, will get to see the brand-new Coronation-themed chocolate creation, which is set to be unveiled ahead of the bank holiday weekend.

Elsewhere in the attraction, families can spend quality time watching Freddo live on stage in his newly launched, Magic show and go on a journey of discovery through a self-guided tour of Cadbury World’s chocolatey zones. Guests can then experience the 4D Chocolate Adventure zone, bringing to life the sensation of riding on the Crunchie Rollercoaster and diving into a pot of liquid Cadbury Dairy Milk before discovering the origins of the cocoa bean deep in an ancient tropical rainforest in our Aztec jungle zone.

Guests can also catch the talented chocolatiers in action and take a delicious taster for themselves in the Chocolate Making zone, before heading to the Have A Go zone to practice their piping skills and draw their name in chocolate.

No visit is complete without some retail therapy at The Cadbury World Shop – perfect for souvenirs or stocking up on your favourite Cadbury treats for the journey home.

Gerrard Baldwin, General Manager at Cadbury World, said:

We’re delighted to be joining in with the national celebrations for the King’s Coronation. This will be an extra special event to mark the occasion and offers families the chance to get involved through our special Coronation tea experience as well as our usual chocolatey fun.”

Tickets for Cadbury World’s Coronation Tea cost an additional £7.00 per person. For more information and to book tickets to Cadbury World, please visit cadburyworld.co.uk/whats-on/coronation-tea.

*To visit the Coronation Tea experience, tickets must be purchased alongside the general admission ticket purchase.
