Citizen Khan visits families at Acorns Children’s Hospice
BBC Sitcom star Citizen Khan has made it a Christmas to remember for children and families at Acorns Children’s Hospice thanks to a special festive visit.
The self-appointed ‘community leader’ dropped in to the hospice based in Selly Oak armed with a sack load of presents for the grateful children and families supported by the charity.
There were smiles and laughter aplenty as Mr Khan interacted with the children and families who had come to meet him, before handing out gifts and posing for selfies.
Commenting on the visit, Acorns Chief Executive, Toby Porter, said:

Toby added:
At Acorns we recognise the importance of making special memories for the families we support. That is especially important at this time of year, so a huge heartfelt thank you to Adil for taking the time to visit us today as Citizen Khan today.
