DJ Quinn’s launch Smokehouse in Hall Green

This week sees D.J. Quinn’s in Hall Green, Birmingham launch a BBQ smokehouse restaurant serving an American inspired menu seven days a week from 12pm to 9pm. The menu at the one-hundred seat venue will consist of sharers, pub classics, burgers and smoked meats.

The restaurant will feature a variety of dishes from their natural oil drum smoker, among these are: Memphis-style half rack of ribs; smoked for 4 hours over a maple and applewood chip blend drenched with a sweet and tangy homemade BBQ sauce; and the chef’s special; Kansas City-style beef brisket.

Home-cooked roast dinners will be served every Sunday with all the trimmings and there are plenty of vegan and vegetarian options available too. Head to djquinns.com/menu to find out more.

The smokehouse opens Friday 4th September with complimentary small plates and tasters available to guests throughout the event.

Anthony Duffy, Head Chef, said

We are really excited to be opening the smokehouse this September and are looking forward to welcoming everyone. Opening something new given the current circumstances was always going to be difficult but we have had plenty of good feedback from our soft launch and can’t wait to open officially on Friday 4th September.”

Take a look at the full menu and view more information about the pub on their website – djquinns.com.

To make a booking you can email bookings@djquinns.com or alternatively call the pub on 0121 777 5267. Walk-ups are always welcome. (Maximum number of people per table is six and guests are kindly requested to adhere to social distancing guidelines.)
