Easter at Cadbury World

Via Marie for Cadbury World

Starting 1st April and running until 16th April 2023 then weekends from 22nd to 30th April, families are invited to celebrate the most chocolatey time of the year and enjoy the attraction’s brand-new Easter live stage show, starring Mr Cadbury’s Parrot and follow him on a swashbuckling adventure. The show will run seven times each day in the Cadbury World marquee.

Throughout the 15-minute performance, the audience will join the parrot and his co-star presenter on a swashbuckling adventure to find the lost golden egg. Visitors can egg-spect plenty of jokes that ‘arrrr’ sure to make them laugh, sea shanties aplenty and bucket-loads of family fun.

During Easter Weekend, from 7th to 10th April, the Bournville-based attraction is also egg-specting a special visit from the Easter Bunny who will lay out an Easter egg trail through its chocolatey zones with a special prize at the end. Little visitors are also encouraged to showcase their artistic skills by arriving in their own Easter Bonnet.

For an egg-stra special treat this Easter, families can also dine with the iconic Cadbury characters by booking onto a Character Afternoon Tea experience. Prices, including admission, start from £29 and visitors can join Mr Cadbury’s Parrot, Freddo, Caramel Bunny and their friends for a selection of delicious sweet and savoury treats in a private area of the Cadbury World Café, available every day during school holidays.

Elsewhere in the attraction, there’s plenty to learn and discover through a self-guided tour of Cadbury World’s chocolatey zones. Families can catch the talented chocolatiers in action and take a delicious taster for themselves in the Chocolate Making zone, before heading to the Have-A-Go zone to practice their piping skills and draw their name in chocolate.

Thrill seekers can head to the 4D Chocolate Adventure zone to experience the sensation of riding on the Crunchie Rollercoaster and diving into a pot of liquid Cadbury Dairy Milk, in a cinematic experience that’s not to be missed. What’s more, guests can take a magical ride through the chocolatey land of Beanville on the Cadabra ride and come face to face with everybody’s favourite drumming gorilla in Advertising Avenue.

No visit is complete without a stop at The Cadbury World Shop on-site – perfect for souvenirs or stocking up on your favourite Cadbury treats for the journey home.

Gerrard Baldwin, general manager at Cadbury World, said:

We’re delighted to unveil our egg-citing Easter entertainment for our visitors this year and to be launching our brand-new Easter stage show, which follows Mr Cadbury’s Parrot on a Swashbuckling Adventure, which we’re sure will be a big hit with families.

Whether you’re joining Mr Cadbury’s Parrot in his new stage show, exploring the attraction through the self-guided tour or dining with the iconic Cadbury characters in a Character Afternoon Tea experience, there’s plenty of chocolatey fun to be had at Cadbury World this Easter!”
