Are we all here yet? With theatres and live acts still barred from reopening and performing, this list will look different for a long while yet. Please note venues, and booking rules are subject to short notice changes with Covid-19 impact measures and social distancing.


Visit Birmingham Botanical Gardens (Daily)

Since the majority of the team of gardeners returned on 9th June they have worked tirelessly to bring the these beautiful gardens back ready for summer visitors. Currently visits must be pre-booked.

Visit Twycross Zoo (Daily)

Twycross Zoo, Norton Grange, Norton-Juxta-Twycross, Warwickshire CV9 3PX

As a conservation zoo, Twycross is in an even more challenging situation than other businesses as it doesn’t qualify for certain government funding.

Pinball at Tilt (From 4th July)

Tilt, City Arcade, 2 Union Street, Birmingham B2 4TX

Featuring great food from Digbeth Dining Club’s well known array of street food vendors, The Great British Drive In, begins with Grease (which itself features a drive-in movie scene) on Friday 3rd July.

Featuring the largest range of pinball machines in the midlands, and wide range of speciality beers, Tilt reopens with social distancing measures in place.
