We are very excited to launch our new membership scheme, which is the ideal arrangement for everyone to be closer to what you love about Theatre. This all new Creative Membership scheme takes this one step further as we seek to embrace and nourish our local creative community. By providing the opportunity to join our schemes we’re ensuring that performances and what we do as a wider organisation are accessible to people that make it and those that will shape its future”

The Old Rep has also announced the patron of the Front Row membership is BBC Midlands Today reporter and presenter Amy Cole, who is delighted to be fronting the campaign. Amy said:

The power of a live performance and its ability to transport you to another world is an awesome feeling. I am delighted to be an ambassador for The Old Rep, and I think the Membership Scheme is a great way for people to get involved in a theatre that’s thriving and to be part of its creative heritage”.

Since 2014, when Birmingham Ormiston Academy (BOA) took over its operation, The Old Rep has been rebranded as a theatre for young people, and this membership scheme allows young people to become more involved in the theatre than ever before.
