Rosa’s Thai Cafe opening very soon at Paradise Birmingham

The latest addition to the food scene at Paradise Birmingham, popular restaurant group, Rosa’s Thai Cafe, will be opening its doors on Tuesday 18th May, bringing award-winning, authentic Thai food to the city centre.

Located at Two Chamberlain Square overlooking Birmingham Town Hall and Birmingham Museum and Art Gallery, reservations for the 80-cover restaurant will be live online from 9am on Wednesday 5th May.

Open for lunch and dinner seven days a week, Rosa’s will serve its signature dishes, taking traditional ingredients and classic flavours, combined with innovative cooking techniques. The menu will feature a variety of delicious Thai staples, such as Red Curry, Pad Thai and Chilli and Basil Stir Fry, as well as familiar Thai favourites including fiery Drunken Noodles and comforting Massaman Curry. Rosa’s Birmingham will also offer an extensive selection of vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and halal dishes, all served within a relaxed environment.

To celebrate the opening, all guests at Rosa’s Birmingham can enjoy 50% off their food bill from Tuesday 18th to Friday 21st May* as part of a soft launch, so whilst staff members train, diners can indulge in delicious dishes for less.

Rosa’s Thai Cafe was launched in 2008 by renowned chef Saiphin Moore and her husband Alex, and the restaurant has built a reputation for bold flavours inspired by Saiphin’s childhood growing up on her family’s farm in northern Thailand. Rosa’s combines British produce with traditional Thai ingredients sourced directly from farmers in Thailand, including much-loved staples such as jasmine rice, coconut milk and tamarind paste – the key ingredient in Rosa’s best-selling Pad Thai dish.

Saiphin Moore commented:

We’re so excited to open our doors in Birmingham, our first restaurant in the Midlands, and are looking forward to becoming part of the city’s thriving food scene from 18th May.

Our menu offers a real taste of authentic and vibrant Thai food, and we can’t wait to welcome Birmingham’s foodies very soon!”

Rosa’s Birmingham will be open daily from Noon to 10.30pm Sunday to Thursday and 11pm Friday and Saturday at Paradise Birmingham on Tuesday 18th May, government guidance permitting.
