Soft launch for Nude Bar and Grill ahead of October opening
Via Saleena for Nude Bar and Grill
September 2021: A new destination hospitality venue is set to open this week in central Birmingham following a £1 million investment from it’s West Midlands based owners – creating more than 50 jobs.
Nude Bar and Grill will open its doors at 38 Bennetts Hill on September 23rd with a soft-launch, followed by a more formal opening on October 1st.
The venue will be spread over four floors including a bar, restaurant and champagne lounge, with the vision being to bring a modern fusion restaurant with an Asian influence to the city centre.
The opening represents a new venture for Donna and Craig Chance, owners of Comfy Pub Co, which runs the Trooper at Wall, The Wine House in Lichfield and Hoof Beats Bar and Kitchen in Brownhills.
The pair have been waiting for nearly a decade to bring a new venue to Birmingham City Centre, with the name Nude Bar and Grill purchased six years ago as they awaited the perfect opportunity.
With a team of talented and experienced industry professionals, Nude promises outstanding service that will set them apart from other restaurants in the city.
General Manager, Jolanta Zatlere, joins the Nude team after a 9-year-role at the Marco Pierre White Steakhouse as Birmingham and Kitchen Manager, Stanimir Stoykov, joins following 13 years at the Bank Restaurant in Birmingham.
Co-owner Donna said:
We’ve really built our business and our reputation up over the past 10 years and we’ve been waiting so long to come to Birmingham.
We’re a West Midlands based company and own a variety of bars and restaurants across the region – but we really hope Nude Bar and Grill will be the blueprint for us to take this format nationwide.
The location we have found is perfect for us, it’s actually a privilege to be moving into such a beautiful building and such a thriving part of the city centre.”
Pre-bookings made to visit Nude Bar and Grill between 23rd and 30th September will receive 50% off food and selected drinks.
Co-owner Craig said:
I think what we will bring to the city centre is that level of service you expect from a destination venue. There are some fantastic places in Birmingham but our business is based on being top tier when it comes to service.
We can also offer a great variety over three floors, so whatever sort of night the people of Birmingham are looking for, they can find it with us.”
Nude Bar and Grill opens from Noon daily at 38 Bennetts Hill, Birmingham B3 2AA and is five minutes walk from both Birmingham New Street Station and Birmingham Snow Hill Station. Find out more at nude-barandgrill.co.uk
