Lucarelli comes to The Mailbox

The Mailbox in central Birmingham will be welcoming Italian restaurant, Lucarelli, to its mix of eateries next month, December.

With a menu packed with traditional Italian dishes, the new flagship restaurant will occupy a prime canalside position and will include a fantastic new glass terrace area overlooking Birmingham’s iconic canals. Combined, the restaurant and terrace area will seat up to 150 guests and is set to open on Thursday 3rd December.

A spokesperson on behalf of Lucarelli said:

We’re hugely excited to be opening Lucarelli at the Mailbox, in such a fantastic location. We hope to create a “go-to” destination restaurant which places the customer at the heart of everything we do.

The ambience, service, staff and above all the quality of our authentic Italian cuisine underpins our commitment to make every customer feel very special whenever they visit us. Our staff hail from various regions across Italy and have the knowledge and passion for creating delicious, authentic recipes that we’re confident our guests will love. We look forward to welcoming diners for a safe and enjoyable experience with us”.

David Pardoe, head of retail, marketing and occupier engagement at the Mailbox, said:

Our canalside dining has always been incredibly popular with guests, and Lucarelli is the perfect addition to our existing selection of bars and restaurants.

By continuing to bolster our leisure offer, we hope to continue to provide something different for our visitors. Lucarelli is just one of a number of exciting new additions at the Mailbox over the coming weeks”
