San Carlo Fumo in Selfridges Birmingham

Summer cocktails have become more environmentally friendly, thanks to an exclusive summer menu now available at San Carlo Fumo in Selfridges Birmingham.

Sitting neatly alongside Selfridges’ commitment to sustainability, the chic Italian restaurant’s exclusive ‘Nature Kind’ cocktail menu reuses, recycles or upcycles ingredients that would otherwise be discarded as waste. These include leftover citrus juices, rinds, skins and seeds of fruits.

Avocado Bellini

The cocktails (all £9.50 each) include:

Avocado bellini, which is a delicious combination of prosecco, elderflower liqueur, avocado and Italicus.

Carnival

Carnival: a heady mix of cachaca, lime juice, chargrilled pineapple juice, and chargrilled pineapple shrub. Both pair perfectly with the restaurant’s new summer risotto, made with new season peas.

The summer cocktails menu also includes a Banana Mama. (Pictured below)
