BrumHour Creator: Dave Massey
A Birmingham Award winning writer Dave started BrumHour on Twitter in December 2013 with a dual focus of networking with Birmingham and endorsing a positive image for the city. Dave is passionate about arts, theatre and the architecture of Birmingham. Dave regularly writes about experiences around Birmingham, both gifted and paid for including food and drink and theatre.
As well as managing BrumHour, Dave presents BrumHour on Brum Radio with producer Reene Chauhan, a weekly show exploring how businesses, freelancers and charities use social media. Dave co-produces Interval Theatre with Eleanor Lawson on Brum Radio and has hosted Birmingham Social Media Cafe at venues around central Birmingham with Phil Choi since January 2016.

Theatre Reviewer: Julie Wallis
Since 2016 Julie Wallis has reviewed over one hundred musicals for BrumHour. In addition Julie has also reviewed, Shakespeare at The RSC, Welsh National Opera and Birmingham Royal Ballet productions.
Julie loves an evening in central Birmingham at the theatre after dinner with husband, Keith.

When not working hard at his day job, David Fox is at the cinema, theatre and exploring cities. David loves “grown-up” theatre; Shakespeare and house productions at Birmingham Rep. David started reviewing theatre for BrumHour in 2018.

BrumHour Producer: Reene Chauhan
After appearing as a guest on the BrumHour Radio Show on Brum Radio in late 2017, Reene first became a BrumHour Radio Show studio assistant in January 2018. Reene then progressed to become the show producer in 2019. Reene schedules content, manages guests and generally keeps Dave Massey under control – which is no easy task.

Theatre Reviewer and Interval Theatre Producer: Eleanor Lawson
Actress, scriptwriter, presenter, radio producer (Interval Theatre on Brum Radio) and now BrumHour reviewer Eleanor Lawson joined the team in March 2019. Eleanor loves everything about the stage from experimental theatre to huge tours and the West End.
